Core Values

Right now, I don't have a clear idea of what exact job I want to do but I do know now in what kind of company I'd like to be part of. That vision is guided by my values, and while they may evolve over time, they give me direction as I figure out my future.

In the company I envision, work isn't just about output.
It's about creating a healthy environment where people feel free to be themselves.
I imagine a space where people can openly share and celebrate their hobbies whether it's painting, gaming, fitness, or any niche interest.
That kind of culture brings people together beyond deadlines and meetings.

I want to be in a place led by *good managers* leaders who understand how to support a team without micromanaging, who listen, give feedback, and actually care.
Management makes or breaks a workplace, and in my vision, they're the foundation of trust and growth.

On a practical level, I believe in simple comforts like being able to eat at the office without awkward rules.
Small things like that make work feel more human and less robotic.

When it comes to technology, I have a cautious view.
I'm not a fan of AI when it replaces creativity or genuine human interaction, but I'm okay with it if it helps solve small, annoying problems or improves efficiency without taking away the human side of things.

Ethically, I think a future company should be conscious of its impact.
I'm not against animal testing when it's done responsibly, but I draw the line when it causes unnecessary harm, suffering, or death.
Innovation should never come at the cost of compassion.

That's the kind of future company I want to join or maybe even help build.
